Reminder Letters
ServicePRO Software allows you to retrieve all the jobs that are due for a reminder. The data that is retrieved from ServicePRO jobs that were done in the past, but are scheduled for a reminder in the future.
You can also filter what type of reminders you want to produce. eg:
- Termite Inspections
- General Pest
- Annual Termite Monitoring Renewal
- etc
ServicePRO will integrate directly into your existing reminder letters that you already have in Microsoft Word. The data is simply inserted into your existing word document with Mail Merge and the letters are then printed.
Data Conversion
We understand that your data is extremely valuable. Therefore, we have developed specific data conversion programs to import data from a number of databases which include, but not limited to:
- MYOB
- Quick Book
- Attache
- ACT
- Safeguard
- Access Databases
- and other legacy systems

Sales Analysis
ServicePRO Software Sales Analysis provides you with the necessary information that you require to analyse your business. Everything from Sales by Product, Sales by Area, Sales by Sales Rep, KPI analysis, number of follow-ups (or service calls), weekly sales etc.
All Sales Analysis reports are then exported to Microsoft Excel for charting. As Microsoft Excel is a standard in spreadsheets, you don't have to learn anything new. If for instance you prefer a different chart to the one we provide, simply change the style of chart in Excel.
Service Contracts
ServicePRO Software Service Contracts module allows you to schedule recurring jobs.
Recurring jobs are jobs that happen on a Monthly, Weekly, Daily or even on a unspecified basis.
- If you are doing Termite Monitoring, you can schedule your work to be 'Every 4 Weeks on Wednesday'.
- If you are doing Commercial General Pest, you can schedule your work to be 'Every 6 Weeks on Monday and Thursday'.
- If you are doing Schools, you have to create a 'Custom Schedule'. Custom Schedule allows you to schedule work on a calendar at specific days.
Inspection Software (Report Writer)

ServicePRO-OnLine Inspection Report Writer and Inspection Report Designer are complete set of tools to design your own Inspection Reports to use on the PDA or iPAD. Our customers are currently using Rapid Solutions PPI and TI Reports, RSA paperwork and many of them are also using their own approved papaerwork.
We do not have any limitation on the report writer. We simply give you all the tools you need to design your report, send it to the PDA or iPAD and start using it.
