You can also filter what type of reminders you want to produce. eg:

  • Unpaid Invoices
  • Send a reminder letter to all your 60 day accounts and remind them that they are now overdue by 60 days
  • New customer letters
  • etc

ServicePRO will integrate directly into your existing reminder letters that you already have in Microsoft Word. The data is simply inserted into your existing word document with Mail Merge and the letters are then printed.
