What happens if the internet is down?

If you are using ServicePRO-Online.com and your internet goes down, then you have the following alternatives:

Go Wireless. Most businesses have a wireless internet account for sales purposes.

Go to an internet cafe.

Go Home. Most homes have a cable internet connection or a close family member

Speak to your IT consultant. See if they can recommend someone who can lend you a desk for the day with internet connection.

How many users can I have on ServicePRO-Online.COM

Your subscribtion will be for the nominated users for a minimum period of 12 weeks. If you decide you need more users, then you simply call our office and add-on more users and we will invoice you for the extra users pro-rata till the remainder of your billing period.

If however you use more than your nominated number of users on your contract, you will be charged for the extra user(s) pro-rata till the remainder of your billing period.

Is ServicePRO-OnLine.COM a web based system

No - ServicePRO-OnLine.Com is not a Web Based system. It is a full Windows Based software with a rich user interface. Therefore, being a complete Windows Application, it utilizes all components installed on your PC. Things like Microsoft Office, Printers etc.
